Our policy on refunds for PortfolioBuild subscriptions, and how to cancel.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a billing period has been paid for, we do not refund it — including where a plan went partly or wholly unused, or where you cancel part way through a period.
Cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because payments are not refundable, the free plan exists so you can judge the product first. It needs no card, does not expire, and lets you build and customize a portfolio before publishing. We recommend using it before subscribing.
Where the law of the country you live in gives you a refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived by agreement, that right applies and this policy does not restrict it. In particular, consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services.
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record and may issue a refund under its own buyer terms or where a card issuer requires it, independently of this policy.
If you were charged in error — billed twice for the same period, charged after a cancellation took effect, or charged for a plan that was never activated on your account — that is not covered by the non-refundable rule above. Contact us and we will investigate and refund an incorrect charge.
Open the upgrade page and choose “Manage subscription”. That opens the secure page hosted by Paddle, where you can cancel or change your payment method. Cancellation is immediate and applies from the next renewal.
For anything about a charge, email support.portfoliobuild@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the date of the payment. We aim to reply within three working days.
